To support its academic mission, the College recognises the importance of providing a high-quality student experience, which offers support and development opportunities to its students in all aspects of student life. The college has 11 halls of residence, accommodating circa 3100 undergraduate students in total. Each hall has a residential Warden who has overall responsibility for fostering an inclusive and safe community for residents, in order to support their academic journey and transition to independent living.

Successful candidates will have a strong desire to help students develop a balanced approach to university life, have excellent organizational and inter-personal skills and the ability to work effectively in a close-knit team.
This voluntary position is open to all staff from academic and academic-related backgrounds and professional services roles. Applications from those with experience of student pastoral care are particularly encouraged.
