Hall Supervisors

Day time help during weekdays, and what the team at Reception can help with

Reception at Wilson House is manned Monday to Friday during non-closure periods, 8am – 6pm (then the Wardening team are available at all other times). Reception is managed by the Hall Supervisors: Tobiasz and Ryan.

Issues

The Hall Supervisor team should be your first port of call for many issues during the day. The Supervisors are responsible for organising and managing all maintenance and facilities work throughout the building.

They can help with day to day issues such as:

  • Post
  • Cleaning queries
  • Emergency and non-emergency maintenance (though if you have emergency maintenance outside of office hours, contact the Duty Warden)
  • Emergency first-aid (though again out of office hours, contact the Duty Warden)
